By agreeing to use our Wi-Fi network, you acknowledge and accept the significant security, confidentiality and data protection risks associated with accessing and transmitting information via the Internet, whether the connection is established by wire or wireless means.

These risks include, among others, the possibility of interception of transmissions, loss of data and the introduction of viruses or malware that could corrupt or damage your device.

Consequently, you agree that neither the owner nor the provider of the Wi-Fi network will be held responsible for any interception or transmission, any worm or computer virus, any loss of data, any alteration of files, any hacking or any damage caused to your computer or other devices resulting from the use of the Internet service provided.

It is strictly forbidden to use the establishment's Wi-Fi to send or divulge messages or comments:

• Defamatory, threatening, intimidating or harassing in nature;
• Containing obscene, blasphemous or offensive material;
• Posting pornographic content (i.e. sexually explicit texts, images, films or video clips);
• Presenting offensive or discriminatory images relating to sex, race, religion, colour, origin, age, physical or mental disability, state of health or sexual orientation;
• Infringing the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights;
• Which, in our opinion, could be detrimental to our business;
• Illegal or inappropriate.

The above examples are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute an exhaustive list of illegal and inappropriate uses of our Wi-Fi network.

We recommend that you do not use the Wi-Fi service to transmit confidential information or data. If you choose to do so, you do so at your own risk.

You are formally prohibited from using the Wi-Fi network to carry out activities that constitute or could constitute a criminal offence, whether in France or in any other country in the world.
